From $9,500. We take the whole wedding: venue scouting, vendor booking, design and styling, the budget, the timeline and the day itself.
Full planning, partial planning and month-of coordination. About thirty vineyard and garden weddings a year, from a studio of five in Napa.
Over coffee in Napa, or on video.

Gatherings

The studio
Linen & Vine is Sofia Delacroix and four coordinators working out of Napa. We take about thirty weddings a year: vineyard ceremonies, garden receptions, rehearsal dinners, welcome bags and the brunch the next morning.
Venue first, and the rest gets easier. We scout and shortlist the sites, book the vendors, hold the budget and run the day itself, from the first delivery to the last song.

What we do

From $9,500. We take the whole wedding: venue scouting, vendor booking, design and styling, the budget, the timeline and the day itself.

For couples who have the venue and the date and want help with the rest. We fill in what is missing and keep the plan and the numbers honest.

From $2,800. You have done the planning. We take over six weeks out, confirm every vendor and run the weekend.
Recent work

Couples
Anna & Michael
St. Helena, California
Sofia kept the whole weekend on schedule without ever making it feel managed. Our families got to sit down and eat.
Marielle & Josh
Napa, California
She talked us out of two decisions we would have regretted, and found the band we danced to until midnight.
Priya & Sam
Yountville, California
We handed everything over six weeks before the date. Every vendor already had the timeline.
Grace & Tom
Calistoga, California
The table plan, the flowers and the welcome bags all came out of one conversation in her kitchen.
Erin & Daniel
Oakville, California
Our venue was booked eight months out and the caterer and florist were confirmed a fortnight later.
Holly & Ben
Rutherford, California
Two hundred guests, one timeline, and nobody asking us where we were supposed to be next.
Planning notes

Water, something salty, a map of the valley and a note with the times on it. The rest is usually left in the room.

Most of our couples post them twelve weeks out, with rooms held in town before the stamps go on.

Vineyards give you the view and the sunset. Gardens give you shade, and shade decides where the older guests sit.
The first conversation is free, over coffee in Napa or on video. Tell us your date, the venue if you have one, and roughly how many guests.
